The 5.4 DOHC passenger side fixed tensioner has been long known to break at the lower bolt hole, MMR billet design eliminates this failure by adding a rigid design and an additional bolt.
The 5.4 DOHC driver side has been known to break in the center due to its long span. MMR new billet design eliminates this failure.
Australian 5.4 Applications but some applications will only anchor with 2 bolts instead of 3.
